RTCSA 2021 Call for Talking Points Session
Call-for-Contributions

For the first time in RTCSA, we introduce a new session (at the end of the program on August 19 (Thursday)) -- Talking Points, which combines the sharing of interesting ideas, thoughts, and new challenges related to Real-Time, Embedded Systems, and/or IoT as well as presentations of work in these fields not presented earlier, such as Journal papers not Presented (JnP) and Conference papers not Presented (CnP) due to meeting cancellations and other reasons.

A Talking Point is 5 minutes long and must be related to Real-Time, Embedded Systems, IoT, or associated fields and within the scope of RTCSA. To ensure that Talking Points are of interest to the RTCSA community, a potential presenter needs to submit an abstract (at most one page long in IEEE 2-column format) of the Talking Point. The talking point will not be refereed or published in IEEE Xplore, and will only be checked for suitability for inclusion in the Talking Points session. If a Talking Point is accepted for presentation, one of its authors must register at the non-author registration rate and give a 5-minute live presentation at the conference.

Interested authors for the Talking Points session should note the important date:

  • Submission Deadline: August 16th, 2021 or until 9 Talking Points have been accepted.

Talking Points session Submission

The abstract should be submitted to the Talking Points session of the easychair conference management site at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rtcsa2021.
